Schedule rows

Newest date wins

The display uses the row with the latest date that is on or before today. Most of the time you only need one row and simply edit it.

Advanced: schedule a future change

Add a second row that takes effect from a chosen date (e.g. the first day of Ramadan). Until then the current row stays in effect.

The new row starts as a copy of the schedule you’re editing; edit it afterwards.

How this works

  • Each setting has a built-in default. Settings you change are written to the Sheet; “Use default” removes the row so the display goes back to its factory value.
  • Adhan times are never edited here — they always come from AlAdhan (ISNA) for Regina.
  • Iqamah times live in the Iqamah schedule, announcements in Announcements.

    Where the data lives

    Everything on the website and TV is read from one Google Sheet. This console writes to it through a small Google Apps Script so nobody needs to edit cells by hand — but you always can.

    Admin users

    who can sign in here

    Accounts are stored inside the Google Apps Script (Project Settings → Script Properties), as salted hashes — never in the Sheet or on the website.

    Add an admin

    grand admin only

    Only the grand admin can add or remove admins. Ask them if someone else needs access.

    Each account belongs to one mosque and can only sign in on that mosque’s login page.

    Sessions

    Ends every signed-in session on every device — including yours. Use this if a device was lost or a password was shared.

    Signs out every other device using your account.
